Berry Banana Nut Smoothie

This super easy and delicious berry banana smoothie recipe is easily a favourite of mine and such a go to. Not only can it be made super easily and, on the go, but it is packed with all the goodies I need to start my day.

Ingredients
  • 1 frozen banana,
    chopped*
  • 1/2 C mixed frozen berries
  • 1 kiwi
  • 30g pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 30g chia seeds
  • 1/2 C water**

Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and pulse blend until desired consistency is found.
  2. Enjoy!
NOTES

*Frozen bananas give you that thicker smoothie like texture and it is a good idea to prep the banana beforehand by slicing it before placing it in the freezer!

**I like to have my smoothie with water just out of preference, but any milk alternative can work here - it is up to you.
