Choc baked protein oats

I am blown away by how good this was even though it was sweetened with just a few choc chips. It is gluten free and dairy-free and a perfect breakfast (or snack or even dessert). The addition of protein keeps you full and it packs a punch.

Ingredients
  • 1/3 C oats
  • 1/2 banana*
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 C protein powder
  • Handful of choc chips

Method
  1. Lightly grease a ramekin dish and preheat oven to 160°C fan forced.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth (minus the choc chips). Place choc chips on top.
  3. Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
NOTES

* The softer, the better!
