Choc Raspberry Chia Pudding

A fantastic snack or even a on the go breakfast dish packed with protein and fibre to keep you feeling fuller for longer. Chia seeds are plant based protein with amazing nutritional value and are high in antioxidants. Make it the night before and place in the fridge to set overnight.

Ingredients
  • 1/2 C Greek yoghurt
  • 1 C Frozen Raspberries
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 4 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1/4 C Dark Choc Chips

Method
  1. Place the greek yoghurt, raspberries, honey and choc chips in a blender or food processor and blitz on high until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Add the chia seeds and stir through to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into two serving cups or jars and put in the fridge to set overnight.
NOTES

Both white or black chia seeds are suitable. The differences in their nutritional content is marginal!
