Choc-chip cookie baked protein oats

The baked oats make a strike again. This version is a choc chip variation that brings in the hearty goodness and protein breakfast punch you need in the morning (unfortunately, the recipe does not come with the cute dog though).

Ingredients
  • 1/3 C oats
  • 1/2 banana*
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 C milk
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 C protein powder
  • Handful of choc chips

Method
  1. Lightly grease a ramekin dish and preheat oven to 160°C fan forced.
  2. Blend all ingredients in a food processor until smooth (minus the choc chips). Fold choc chips in.
  3. Pour batter into prepared dish and bake for 20 minutes. Enjoy!
NOTES

* The softer, the better!
