Choc chip cookie protein slice

Cookies but healthy? Make your favourite guilty pleasure a protein packed healthy cookie bar slice instead.

Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas,
    drained
  • 1/2 C natural peanut butter
  • 1/3 C honey
  • 1/4 C almond flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 C protein powder
  • 1/2 C choc chips

Method
  1. Grease a smaller rectangular baking pan and line with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 160°C.
  2. Blend all ingredients besides the choc chips in a food processor until smooth. Stir in the choc chips.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes. Enjoy!
