These simple and no fuss fudgy healthy brownies are really a no brainer. I made these and fell in love with the gooey texture and nutty taste. Without any refined sugar, these are not sickly sweet at all but have a balance of a softer and more subtle sweet flavour. You must try them out.

Ingredients
  • 2 C banana*,
    mashed
  • 1 C organic peanut butter,
    melted
  • 1/2 C cocoa powder
  • 1/3 C flaxseed meal
  • 1/4 C maple syrup
brownies on baking tray
Method

  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed banana, peanut butter, cocoa powder, flaxseed meal and maple syrup. Pour into the prepared pan.
  3. Bake for 20 minutes in the oven. Allow to cool completely in the fridge. Enjoy!
